Over the course of his career Kevin has assisted many families as their housing and mortgage needs evolved. Many of the clients that he assisted when they purchased their first house are now seniors. Several of them were reaching out to him looking for a safe place to go to get honest answers and assistance with programs like Reverse Mortgages.
He discovered that there are very few lending professionals who understand the unique products available to seniors (55 and above). There are even fewer who fully understand the unique needs and considerations of this demographic. He is now focused on meeting this need.
